This beautiful 5- month immaculately kept, seasonal 38 ‘trailer is in the B section of our family campground. It is available for you to make it your own. It can sleep 10 persons comfortably with 1 separate bedroom, and a bunkhouse. The 12×24 ‘deck runs along front of trailer, that has canvas electric awning 20’ that covers a large part of deck. Trailer has 3 tip outs for added space.
The living space is equipped with Island with is a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, double sink and plenty of storage throughout the unit.
This unit is in walking distance to all our amenities in our beautiful campground. Such as 2 pools, shuffleboard, bouncy pillow, mini golf, pond for fishing, paddle boats, 4 parks, volley- ball court, basketball court, lots of fun for everyone. We also run tractor rides through the park on Friday, Saturday evenings.
Included in the sale of the trailer is BBQ, flat top cooker, table & chairs, wicker furniture set, pots & pans.
