It can sleep 6 persons comfortably with 1 separate bedroom. The 12 x24 ‘deck runs along front of trailer, that has canvas electric awning 18’ that covers a large part of deck. Trailer has 2 tip outs for added space.
The living space is open concept with is a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, double sink and plenty of storage throughout the unit.
This unit is in walking distance to all our amenities in our beautiful campground. Such as 2 pools, shuffle -board, bouncy pillow, mini golf, pond for fishing, paddle boats, 4 parks, volley- ball court, basketball court, lots of fun for everyone. We also run tractor rides through the park on Friday, Saturday evenings.
Included in the sale of the trailer is 31/2 x 6 vinyl shed, BBQ, golf cart, patio furniture, lawnmower, pots & pans, everything stays. Remainder of 24-25 seasonal fees are paid.
