This beautiful 5- month spacious, seasonal 40 ‘trailer is located in the D section of our family campground. It is available for you to make it your own. It can sleep 7 persons comfortably with 2 separate bedrooms with Queen size beds. The 10 x 40 deck runs along front of trailer. Trailer has 2 tip outs for added space.
This unit has second exit from back bedroom, full kitchen is equipped with large size refrigerator, stove, microwave, double sink, u-shaped dinette and plenty of storage thorough out the trailer.
This unit is in walking distance to all our amenities in our beautiful campground. Such as 2 pools, shuffleboard, bouncy pillow, mini golf, pond for fishing, paddle boats, 4 parks, volley- ball court, basketball court, lots of fun for everyone. We also run tractor rides through the park on Friday, Saturday evenings.
Included in the sale of the trailer is Outdoor table and chair set, golf cart and charger. Remainder of 24-25 seasonal fees are paid.
